Extended clinics provide multi-day, high-impact training that helps athletes build confidence, refine technique, develop strength, and reinforce strong fundamentals.

Littles Play and Learn

These 2 day clinics are perfect for youth looking to get into cheerleading and having FUN! Each clinic is themed and allows athletes the flexibility to practice cheer while playing and learning together

Evaluation Prep Camps

Offering beginner and intermediate evaluation prep classes. Even if your athlete isn't planning on participating in competition cheer for the 2025/26 season, your athlete can learn and grow their skills with our summer camps! Athletes will learn motion placement, prop use, stunting, tumbling and vocals (cheers) in our Evaluation Prep camps!

Beginner - June 22nd-26th 1:00 PM - 3:00PM
July 27th - 31st 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Intermediate/Advanced - July 20th - 24th 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Single Day Clinics

Single-day clinics offer focused, high-impact training that helps athletes sharpen specific skills, gain confidence, and enjoy the opportunity to try something new.

Tumbling FUNdamentals
11:00 AM - 12:00 PM

We will focus on proper technique, body positioning, and confidence in cheer tumbling. Athletes will work on drills to improve strength, balance, timing, and body placement. Each athlete will take home a tumbling-focused workout plan to continue building strength and skills throughout the  summer in preparation for their upcoming seasons.

Back Handsprings
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

We will focus on proper technique, body positioning, and confidence specifically with back handsprings. Athletes will work on drills to improve strength and power with their handsprings. Each athlete will take home a handspring-focused workout plan to continue building strength and skills throughout the summer in preparation for their upcoming seasons.

Back Tucks
1:30 PM - 2:30 PM

We will focus on proper technique, body positioning, and confidence specifically in back tucks. Athletes will work on drills to improve strength, timing, and body placement for their tucks. Each athlete will take home a focused workout plan to continue building strength and skills throughout the summer in preparation for their upcoming seasons.

All Things Jumps
2:30 PM - 3:30 PM

This clinic is designed to improve jump height, technique, flexibility, and overall power. Athletes will work on drills to improve form, arm placement, core strength, and flexibility. Each athlete will receive a take-home workout and stretch plan to continue improving jump performance leading into tryout season..
